Helping Notes offers structured, evidence-based music therapy for individuals, groups, schools, and organisations. All sessions are delivered by an HPCSA-registered music therapist and designed to support functional, emotional, and developmental goals.
Tailored one-on-one clinical sessions
Individual music therapy sessions are designed to support emotional regulation, communication, attention, and self-expression. Each session is tailored to the client's therapeutic profile and reviewed regularly to ensure clinical relevance and progress.
Facilitated groups for 2–15 participants
Group sessions provide opportunities for social learning, cooperative engagement, and emotional co-regulation. Suitable for schools, neurodiverse learners, and support-focused environments. Programmes can be short- or long-term depending on referral goals.
Custom sessions for schools & organisations
Helping Notes facilitates outcome-driven music therapy workshops for schools, teams, and care organisations. Each programme is tailored to your group’s needs—whether for staff development, inclusion initiatives, or structured group enrichment.
